Jóvenes Profesionales – Operaciones Técnicas

Propósito del rol
Adquirir experiencia práctica en distintas áreas de Operaciones Técnicas, participando activamente en la gestión, análisis y mejora de procesos vinculados a redes, infraestructura y servicios, en un entorno de aprendizaje y desarrollo continuo.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Jóvenes que promuevan la innovación y la digitalización

• Fuerte motivación por crecer y superarse

• Que disfruten de los desafíos

• Que encuentren soluciones para llegar a los resultados

• Que trabajen en equipo buscando ganar juntos

• Buen manejo del idioma inglés

• Recién egresados de la universidad

• Formación académica en el exterior (deseable)

• Disponibilidad de tiempo completo

¿Qué vas a hacer?

• Acompañar la operación de diferentes gerencias técnicas.

• Analizar indicadores y apoyar proyectos de mejora e innovación.

• Participar en iniciativas de transformación tecnológica.

Modalidad del programa

• Duración: 1 año

• Rotaciones: mínimo 2 gerencias

• Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 18:00 hs
